I've spent the past several years of my life fishing in my home state, Alaska. Spending weeks-on-end aboard a fishing boat requires someone to cook dinner for the crew. My love of the culinary arts laid that job upon me more often than not. Experimenting with hundreds of recipes with the freshest available fish has allowed me to perfect the dishes I provide for you today.
Working in the commercial fishing industry gave me a deep understanding and respect for utilizing and encouraging locally sourced ingredients. I work directly with local Fish processors to source all of my fish to promote a local, sustainable food industry while ensuring my customers get the freshest, highest quality product.
